Before you start your meal plan, I’m going to ask you to buy yourself a beautiful notepad and I want you to spend good money on it because you are worth it.

Over the course of the month I would like you to journal every single day. I’d like you to write about how you feel on the plan, both physically and mentally and what you notice as the time passes. Take some time out every day to truly assess yourself and write down your findings.

This will become like a mini map of you and it will help you chart your long term health goals and lifestyle aims. Set aside some time everyday to treat this exercise as a therapy and write in your best hand, with your best pen, in your beautiful new notebook.
