If over the years you’ve been juggling lots of balls in the air, keeping a home running or a business above water, or holding down a job and keeping the wolf from the door, maintaining a relationship, being a good parent, (or worrying that you’re not), focussing your time & energy on everything and everyone but yourself, then it’s likely you’ve slipped into those ‘getting by’ habits.

You’ve probably got a bookshelf dedicated to healthy cookery books that you never get the time to try and a stack of self-development books that promise you more time, less stress and a solution that never comes. Not forgetting half a wardrobe full of clothes, you plan on getting back into … someday. There may even be a repeat prescription slip for Lansoprazole or Fluoxetine in your purse and do you often get floored with migraine or go down with the flu … but you soldier on because, well, who else is going to do it?

It’s fine though because you’re strong. You know how to cope. You’ve always done it and you’re proud of that and one day you know you’ll get around to you and yes you know about the oxygen mask analogy blah blah blah.

Totally with you on that. Been there done that too … but I did get sick of getting sick. And I really did want that weight off. And I definitely didn’t want to be on that Lansoprazole for the rest to my life, because the reality is, that’s what will happen, unless you stop and take charge, even if you think you don’t have the time.

You see, it’s all about balance. Honestly, it won’t be as difficult as you imagine and a month from now you’ll be so very glad you listened….

First step is an online consultation to discuss your current lifestyle, your specific problems and what you really want to achieve. Then, we’ll arrange a date for an in person 1-1 where we will set those foundations once and for all.

On the day we will concentrate solely on you, because you are unique and as such, your needs will be different to other peoples. Can you imagine being focussed on yourself? You know we going to get a lot done right?

We’re going to test you for food intolerances as not only will eating the wrong foods for you stop you from losing those extra pounds, they will be contributing to health problems (or causing them in the future), big or small. Everything you put in your mouth affects your body in a positive or negative way. E V E R Y T H I N G.  So, first things first is to determine the right fuel to keep your body running as it should.

We’re going to yoga so that I can watch you move. So that I can see the areas that are already deteriorating for lack of correct movement. It may tight hips, rounded shoulders or weak knees, but whatever it is, we’re going to find it and put it right.

We’re going to determine some of the reasons why you’re not 100% in control. What it is holding you back that you’ve boxed up and stored in your head? We’re going to find it, unpack it, throw it out and fill that space with something positive, new and determined.

And we are going to check the strength of your energy. That unseen force around you that is there to protect you and keep you on track. We’re going to ground and centre it so that it’s working with you, not against you.

Then, when all of that is done, we’re going to put a date on your goal and I’m going to give you the food & exercise tools to achieve it and the support and accountability you need along the way. Your programme will be as unique as you are, and I can’t wait to celebrate your wins with you at the end of the month.
