Stress has become a common word in our vocabulary and it’s now recognised as a major contributing factor to many illnesses and diseases.
Stress is sneaky, it can creep up on you over a long period and then make itself known in a myriad of ways like, headaches, stomach upsets, chest pains, high blood pressure, fertility problems, fatigue, insomnia, anxiety, depression, low libido, muscle stiffness and the long term effects weaken your immune system, leaving you vulnerable and at risk of things like a heart attack… stress is a nasty beast.
